1. Strawberries, Cranberries, Blueberries

A powerful anti-oxidant called polyphenol is found is these berries. This anti-oxidant helps your brain work better by eliminating inflammation.

2. Sage, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Cumin

These spices all help in breaking down the plaque in the brain that can cause Alzheimer’s. Additionally, cinnamon improves cognition and cumin helps restore brain cells.

3. Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds
